Service Delivery Policy

Gift of Sight Eye Hospital provides medical consultations and eye investigations at its premises. There is no physical product, no courier and no delivery address. What you pay for when you book is a confirmed appointment slot with a named doctor or technician, at a stated date and time.

This page exists because payment providers ask every merchant for a shipping policy. Ours is that there is nothing to ship, and what follows is what you actually receive instead.

1. Immediately on booking: a confirmation on WhatsApp naming the service, the doctor or technician, the date and the time.
2. Immediately after payment, where you pay online: a receipt for the amount paid, sent on WhatsApp.
3. Before your appointment: a reminder message.
4. On the day: the consultation or investigation itself, at the Hospital, at the time booked.

Confirmations and receipts are normally delivered within a few minutes. If a message has not arrived, your appointment still stands - call reception on +91-431-2459275 and we will confirm it and resend.

In person, at the Hospital: 16/1A, David Colony, Simco Meter Road, Trichy - 620021. We do not offer teleconsultation, home visits or any remote delivery of these services, and we do not deliver goods or medicines to an address.

The fee shown when you book is the fee that applies. It covers the consultation or investigation named in your booking. Any further investigations, procedures, spectacles or medicines provided at the Hospital are charged separately at the Hospital's published rates and are settled at the Hospital.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. If the Hospital cancels or the doctor becomes unavailable, you are offered a new time or a full refund, and no cancellation charge applies.
